All candles use high-quality natural wax blend and safe wicks, and our vessels are made with durable materials.

Damaged items
If your product arrives broken, damaged, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 48–72 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll quickly replace the item or issue a refund depending on your preference. Your experience matters, and we’ll make it right.

Cleaning candle jar
After the candle is finished, place the jar in warm water to loosen any remaining wax, then wash with mild soap. For vases, gently handwash and avoid harsh chemicals to protect the finish.

Repurpose
You can reuse your jar or vase as a mini planter, makeup brush holder, drinking cup, floral vase, or a decorative container for jewelry, or decoration. Each piece is designed to live on.

Shipping
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5–8 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

RETURNS/EXCHANGE
Return policy? Due to the handmade, one-of-one nature of each piece, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. All sales are final. However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48–72 hours of delivery with photos for replacement/refund issuance.
What if I ordered the wrong design? Please double check your selection before completing your order. Because each piece is made individually, we are unable to swap designs after an order is placed. If you have questions before purchasing, reach out via email. Zemihue@gmail.com
